XXVIIII Traduzione: Francesco e Domenico Odofredi, zio e nipote, teologi dottori collegiati dell'uno e dell'altro diritto e canonisti, pari per uguali dignità ecclesiastiche, pubblici uffici e enti, ammirevoli per pietà prudenza e dottrina, che come nel nome così nella gloria uguagliarono i loro antichissimi famosissimi antenati, ugualmente zio e nipote Odofredi, lumi singolari delle leggi: le due università dei Giuristi mosse dalle benemerenze di così grandi uomini questo monumento una volta dedicato a Francesco e rovinato dal tempo rifecero dedicandolo a tutt'e due l'anno 1629. Translation: In the name of God, to Francesco and Domenico Odofredi, uncle and nephew, outstanding theologians and very famous Doctors of the College of both laws, lecturers in canon law, equal to each other in ecclesiastical dignity, public offices and merits, both notable for piety, wisdom and learning, who both in name and in glory equal their ancient and very famous forbears, themselves uncle and nephew Odofredis, oustanding lights of the law. The two Universities of law, stimulated by the merits of such great men have in 1629 remade and rededicated to them both this monument once dedicated to Francesco and ruined by time.
