Alza gli occhi a guardare questo uomo egregio per fama e meriti, Sebastiano Allè, dottore collegiato dei Giuristi, cavaliere e conte, consultore della S. Inquisizione, avvocato della Camera Romana, cui procedente per oltre 32 anni gloriosamente per le sommità delle leggi l'Università accolse, la patria approvò, la gioventù rispettò. A lui, come a suo vigile, facondo, sapiente maestro, di nuovo acclamato padre degli studenti, l'Università dedica questo nuovo ricordo, come rendimento di grazie, addì I° novembre 1638, con l'assenso di Carlo Mancini priore delle due università dei Giuristi. Translation: In the name of God, stop here whoever you are, citizen or foreigner. Learn that here rests the true spirit of Astrea, to whom the whole chorus of the Muses does honour. Look up at a man exceptional in fame and merit, Sebastiano Alle, Doctor of the College of the jurists, golden Knight and Count, Counsel of the most holy Inquisition, Advocate of the Roman court, whom the University welcomes for continuing for more than 32 years at the glorious summit of the laws, the homeland approves, youth wonders. To him, as if to its guardian, prolific, wise master, once more acclaimed as the father of the students, the University dedicates this new monument, as a rendering of thanks, 1 November 1638, with the agreement of the famous and generous Carlo Mancini, Prior of the two Universities of law.
