Essendo priore Alessandro De Bernardis consigliere dei Modenesi, presidi Guglielmo Courouble consigliere dei Germani, Claudio Tecrimi consigliere dei Lucchesi, assunti Claudio Signoretto consigliere dei Reggiani, Giovanni Capsa consigliere dei Greci. Translation: In the name of God, to Fabrizio Bartoletti of Bologna, famous for diligence and for power of intelligence, who with notable sharpness in logic, with reliable clarity in philosophy, painstaking experience in surgery, rare deftness, celebrated at home and abroad, in anatomy, elegant fluency in theoretical medicine and methodical teaching in ordinary practice, gave homage to the Muses in speaking and writing, benefited the University and illuminated his homeland. The two Universities of philosophy and medicine established this trophy of gratitude to his eternal memory, 1624. Alessandro De Bernardis, Councillor of the Modenese was Prior. Guglielmo Courouble, Councillor of the Germans, and Claudio Tecrimi, Councillor of the Luccans, were Presidents. Claudio Signoretto, Councillor of the Reggians, and Giovanni Capsa, Councillor of the Greeks, were responsible.
